Kirk Laughlin is an award-winning writer, moderator and subject expert in information technology and business strategies. He has served in a variety of editorial leadership roles during his 18-year career in journalism.
Prior to working with TechWeb's InformationWeek, he was Editorial Director at Ziff Davis Media/Enterprise Events which included developing programming content for leading Ziff brands - EWeek and CIO Insight. At Ziff Davis, Laughlin built content programs in the areas of CIO strategies, Web 2.0, enterprise mobility, financial industry solutions, storage, security, unified communications, risk management, IT governance, virtualization and business intelligence. He has worked with many leading technology suppliers in developing strategic content solutions for a variety of media platforms. Prior to joining Ziff Davis, Laughlin served as Editor-in-Chief of several media organizations including America's Network Magazine, a weekly business magazine; Telecom Planet, a website devoted to networking and wireless issues; and Applied Mobility. He has also directed the launch of several tech industry custom publications. He has won three awards for editorial excellence from the American Society of Business Publication Editors and two awards from the Western Publications Association.

Cesar graduated as an engineer in Information Systems from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. He resides in San Antonio, Texas since 2002 with his wife Lorena and their two sons (Lucas and Franco).

Guibert is one of Globant´s co-founders, a Company created in 2003 that is nowadays a leader in the creation of innovative software products that appeal to Global audiences. Since his early youth he drove innovation to any project that he faced: from University, where his thesis was about fingerprint recognition, to his first job as an IBM's scientific researcher. At Globant, this spirit was one of the main reasons for the company´s success and growth. As Globant CTO, he is the head of the Technology department and of the Premier League, an elite group of IT gurus whose main role is to think out of the box for their customers.
When he is not sailing or eating a barbacue, Guibert spends his time thinking about the next disruptive project that will shake the IT industry. His strong focus in technology, innovation and creativity let Globant become an expert in cutting edge practices, such as Social Networks, Videogames and Mobile, while building a culture based on innovation, especially when he launched the Globant Labs.
Together with the other three Globant´s founders, Guibert was selected as Endeavor Entrepreneur 2005. Guibert has developed his professional career in Argentina, US, UK and Venezuela. He was also head of Technology for CallNow.com Inc., and conceived and developed several US patented technologies for the telecom sector. Guibert holds a degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from UNICEN University.
